Can I stop?
Any month. Plans are paid a month, or six, at a time and nothing renews by itself: when you stop paying, it stops. There is nothing to cancel on Free.
What happens to my customers' information?
It is yours. You can export it whenever you like, and it is never used to train anyone's model. Your handbooks are yours alone.
